Competitive Analysis

For this Task, I conducted my own competitive analysis for 2 competitors and performed a UX analysis on them.

I started by identifying some potential competitors of the app. Competitors are any businesses in the same space or close to your own.

I create a competitor profile for 2 of the competitors that had been identified. The competitor profile contains an overview, a marketing profile, and a SWOT profile.

The UX competitive analysis had been conducted on the competitors according to the following 6 categories: Usability, Layout, Navigation Structure, Compatibility, Differentiation, and Calls to Action.
