User Personas

The personas represent audience groups. These characters are fictional but help the product team better understand the needs and goals of these targeted audience groups. As most of the time products target several user types (age, interest etc.) we need more than one user persona to be able to emphasize with them smoothly. A persona is a detailed document and contains information about device usage patterns, daily challenges, personal goals, informative quotes, motivations, cultural backgrounds, and other demographic information.
