After the user interviews, I collected and organized the received data and put the results in a single place for easy access and overview.
I explored the data for findings, I dived deeper, analyzed my results and pulled out informative quotes, behaviours, facts, opinions.
I sort and mapped the data - this is where the actual analytical research started. I used affinity mapping to explore the findings further, created visual maps of relationships and themes that allowed me to truly understand the participants.
By identifying the insights, organizing and categorising the data and, I began gathering insights about the users to determine successful design methods.
This method led me to be able to create user journey maps, user flows and user personas - which you can find in the following posts.
